About me

AAs our Chief Customer Success Officer, James brings over 15 years of experience in voice technology, contact centre operations, and enterprise SaaS delivery. He led the development of a top-tier PCI payment solution used by major brands — gaining deep insight into the essentials of compliance, performance, and customer experience at scale.

At Aiphoria, James champions a customer-first approach, ensuring every feature we build is rooted in real-world needs. He bridges product, operations, and delivery with pragmatism and passion, helping Aiphoria deliver solutions that are as reliable as they are innovative.

James's experience

James began his career in operations, managing enterprise-scale voice and call centre systems across retail, financial services, and B2B sectors. He went on to lead compliance and customer experience programmes at multiple tech firms, driving process transformation and platform design.

Before co-founding Aiphoria, James was instrumental in launching a PCI-compliant voice payment product now used across global brands — giving him frontline understanding of both regulatory complexity and what customers actually need from modern voice tech.

At Aiphoria, James leads implementation, support, and ongoing customer success. His ability to translate customer challenges into actionable product direction ensures we stay grounded, fast, and focused on value.
